Global Vape Marketplace lists refillable vape kits, prefilled pods and e-liquids for adults in the United Kingdom, subject to product compliance, age verification and delivery eligibility. Products ship only where legal. This UK hub does not include cannabis products or disposable vapes.

Available marketplace brands may include Vaporesso, SMOK, Voopoo, Geekvape, Vuse and RELX. Product availability varies by listing and destination. Cannabis brands including STIIIZY, Raw Garden and Cookies are for eligible US markets only, where state law permits adult-use cannabis.

What can be ordered in the UK

UK orders may include reusable, rechargeable vape devices, refillable tanks, refillable pod systems, prefilled pods and compliant e-liquids. Reusable products must meet applicable UK product and packaging requirements, including the rules implemented through the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations and MHRA notification system.

Single-use and disposable vapes cannot be ordered for delivery in the UK. The ban took effect on 1 June 2025 and applies to online and shop sales, whether or not a vape contains nicotine. Reusable rechargeable and refillable products remain permitted when they meet the relevant requirements.

Key UK product rules

• Nicotine e-liquid is generally limited to 20 mg/ml, equivalent to 2% nicotine concentration.
• Tank and cartridge capacity for nicotine-containing products is generally limited to 2 ml.
• Nicotine refill containers are generally limited to 10 ml.
• Products must carry required packaging, labelling, warnings and ingredients information, and relevant nicotine products must be notified to the MHRA before being placed on the UK market.
• There is no general UK rule requiring one particular flavour, but listings must comply with applicable product, presentation, advertising and packaging rules. Product formats that are single-use or disposable are not permitted for sale or supply.
• Nicotine vape sales to under-18s are illegal. From 29 October 2026, the age-of-sale rule covers all vaping products, including nicotine-free vapes, across the UK.

Before checkout, review the nicotine strength, liquid volume, tank or pod capacity, refillable or reusable status, included components and compatibility. A device may be reusable while a particular cartridge, liquid bottle or bundle is not suitable for UK sale. Check the destination and age requirement

Products ship only where legal. The marketplace may require age verification and delivery information before accepting or completing an order. Do not purchase for anyone below the applicable legal age or attempt to bypass age checks. Proxy purchasing for underage customers is prohibited under UK rules.

Payment held until delivery

Global Vape Marketplace uses a payment-held-until-delivery model for eligible marketplace transactions. Payment is held rather than released immediately to the marketplace seller, then released according to the platform’s delivery and transaction process after delivery is recorded. This model is intended to provide a defined transaction step if an order does not arrive, but it does not override UK product law, age checks, shipping restrictions or the marketplace’s terms.
