About RELX

RELX is a nicotine vape brand created by RLX Technology Inc., which commenced operations on January 2, 2018. The company is based in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Its products include pod systems, compatible pods, e-liquid devices and disposable vapes, with compact rechargeable hardware and prefilled or refillable formats.

The RELX catalogue on this marketplace is independent of the brand. Product availability, descriptions and shipping eligibility should be checked for the destination before ordering.

Where RELX ships

Nicotine vape products ship only where legal and where product requirements are met. US availability depends on applicable federal and state rules, including FDA requirements such as the PMTA framework. In the UK, reusable vape products may be available subject to UK rules, but single-use and disposable vapes cannot be sold or supplied from June 1, 2025. Check the UK vape collection for eligible products.

EU orders are subject to national implementation of the EU Tobacco Products Directive and other local requirements. Canada orders are subject to Health Canada and provincial rules; see the Canada collection. Australia uses a pharmacy-only model for nicotine vaping products, so this marketplace does not ship nicotine vapes there. Adults 21 and over only.
